hipunique is an online natural unique handmade design store that offers brands best selections. hipunique aims to provide you  with natural and sustainable products an unique  shopping experience .

We are an online design store; we do not have an offline store.

MY ACCOUNT

I forgot my password, how can I change it?

If you forgot your password please go ahead and click the “Forgot My Password?” button where you sign in. You will be asked to enter your email address that belongs to your account. You will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to change your password.

How safe is my personal information?

Yes all your information on your account is totally safe! Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the checkout process.

How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Once you are done adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply go over the Shopping Bag badge and click ‘’Checkout,’’ and we will guide you through the checkout process.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay,Google Pay,Maestro,Shop Pay and Paypal.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged directly through your payment method once you place the order.

 How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status from your account page under ‘’My Order.’’ If you have any questions regarding your order status please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Royal Mail tracking code. You can track your package from www.royalmail com with your this code.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your order. An item that has been already delivered cannot be replaced. At this time we are only accepting returns within 14 days of arrival, if you wish you can return the product you received and place a replacement order.

Can I cancel an order?

You can only cancel an order before it has been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via info@hipunique.com 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at hipunique.co.uk?

Absolutely! hipunique.co.uk  processes its online payments through secure servers.  SSL security and anti-fraud features protect our system.

 The currency in this online store is the Pound.

How much does delivery cost?

All delivery are by Royal Mail and all orders over 125 pounds are free.

 2-3 working days is chosen, which is the standard delivery, £2.90

 24-hour shipping is chosen, £ 3.90

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment information. You will be able to easily track your order with the tracking code you will receive with this e-mail.

I have received an email about the shipment, but my order is still not here, what should I do?

You can track where your package is with the tracking code you received via e-mail. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@hipunique.com 

My delivery has been delayed, why is that?

We want you to have a great shopping experience! We aim to meet our promised delivery times and we demand all brands on hipiunique.co.uk to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons beyond our control such as production time etc. We will notify you as soon as we come across such possible delays on your order.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has been shipped?

We ship with Royal Mail, and it takes 2-3 business days in domestic delivery

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We only ask for the items you are returning to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made within 14 days of the receiving date will be issued a full refund to the original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.

JEWELRY

If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail immediately: info@hipunique.com and return the product within 14 days of receipt.

 Please follow the care instructions to ensure your jewellery lasts for many years to come.

Should your jewelry suffer breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is either repaired or replaced.

If you have any queries concerning returns please email us with proof of purchase, details of your item and photos where possible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sale items are non-refundable and earrings are not eligible for returns for hygienic reasons.

The return of your product is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at hipunique discretion.

Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost.  Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If the issue is not a manufacturing fault, we may contact you to discuss further.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your hipunique products. Should your item arrive to you faulty, email us at info@hipunique.com with your order confirmation along with an image of your item so we can sort it for you as quickly as possible. Please post your faulty item back to us as instructed above and mail us the receipt of return and tracking number. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either refund or replace and dispatch as soon as possible.

 

 How do I return an item?

To return an item, please submit a return request via our info@hipunique.com e-mail address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval and provide you with the mailing address for your return via e-mail. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. hipunique is not responsible for the lost or damaged items through a return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received, with the hygiene tag (applicable for certain products) intact. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Hipunique will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. Shipping costs are not refundable unless items are faulty.

 What is the exchange policy?


Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 14 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by hipunique, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt

 We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at hipunique’ discretion.

 What if the item I received is damaged?

if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us by e-mailing info@hipunique.com and we will help sort out the issue.

How long will it take my return to be processed?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received the item it will go trough return authorization. Once the return is accepted it will be ready for the refund. We will refund your money to the payment method for the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.
